Student-Led. Adult-Supported. Future-Ready.Divergent Teams Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to developing people and teams through shared experiences, project-based leadership, STEM and innovation, teamwork, social-emotional learning, and real-world problem solving.
Our Purpose is simple
Create experiences that help people discover their strengths, develop the confidence to lead, build stronger teams, and use what they learn to make a positive impact in their communities.
We believe meaningful growth happens when people move beyond simply learning concepts and have the opportunity to experience, practice, reflect, lead and apply what they have learned. That belief is at the heart of everything we do.
