At Divergent Teams, we believe in the value of experiential training and development. This approach makes our Virtual and In-person teambuilding services engaging, unique, fun, highly impactful, and contribute directly to increased team cohesion. We are committed to inspiring your teams to turn their potential into action with a continuous improvement mindset. We work with teams that focus on teamwork, communication, service, trust, leadership, self-esteem, diversity, decision making, goal setting, conflict resolution, networking, and problem-solving.

The activities encourage participants to work together to achieve a common goal and use new, unfamiliar, and effective modes of behavior and communication to succeed. Through thoughtful facilitation, our staff enables participants to analyze their traditional role in the group, take risks, try new ideas, learn new skills, and develop a community of high-performing learners. Our programs are designed to help participants develop life skills to help them succeed in school, work, and other endeavors.

We deliver custom teambuilding programs virtually and in-person programming at all locations across the USA and select international destinations, conference and retreat centers, hotels, local parks, or client premises. Our programs can last anywhere from 2-Hours sessions to multiple days and can take place indoors or outdoors. We offer these programs year-round and tailor them for content and length to meet our clients’ needs.
